Peacefully on July 9, 2015, Delores Ann Fox-Smith departed this earthly life. Family and friends will unite for a memorial service on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD from 12 noon until time of service at 1:00 pm.
