David Edward Foye, Sr. was called to his eternal rest on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Family and friends will unite on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Cheltenham Maryland Veteran Cemetery at a later date.
