CONSTANCE I. ROYAL Peacefully on Thursday, April 11, 2013 of Oxon Hill, MD, Constance I. Royal, went home to be with the Lord. Beloved wife of the late Horace L. Royal, Sr.; devoted mother of Constance P. Royal-Early (Oliver), Trinette S. Royal and Horace L. Royal, Jr.; loving grandmother of Paige A. Royal; dear sister of Doris Austin, Pernell Foote (Shirley), Melvin Foote (Mamie) and Violet Crawford. She is also survived by a host of other relatives.
