Colette Robinson Proctor, retired DCPS educator, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2023. Colette leaves to cherish her memory, grandson, Ryan Proctor (Tatiana), daughter, Brigette Proctor (Jerome), son Brennan Proctor, devoted friend Mrs. Urman Edwards and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held on March 31, 2023 from 2-4pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home 7 Industrial Park Dr Waldorf MD 20602.
