CHERYL DAVIS “Penny” Born on May 4, 1958 in Washington, DC and departed this life on Monday, December 7, 2015. She was predeceased by mother, Betty Mary McMeekin, father, James Franklin Davis, sister, Sinchona Alexander and leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Tilla Wallace; her siblings, Fatima McClearn, Carol Davis, Tess Thea Bonnette, Eric McMeekin and Godson Julius Thomas; as well as a long list of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, her VCI family and other close relatives and friends.
