Mrs. Mason, age 63 of Leonardtown, MD passed away on December 14, 2010 at Charles County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.Catherine was born on September 24, 1947 in Leonardtown, MD to the late James & Catherine Louise Mason. She was a graduate of Banneker Sr. High School. She retired from St. Mary’s Nursing Center after 33years and then she began working in the private sector. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Leonardtown.She is survived by her son Wayne M. Mason and daughter Cantynia Walley both of Great Mills, MD; sister, Helen Curtis of Lusby, MD; brothers Timmy Holly of Leonardtown, MD; and James Mason Jr., of Hagerstown, MD; and a host of other relatives and friends.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 9 am until time of service 10 am at St. Aloysius Catholic Church 2280 Washington Street Leonardtown, MD. Interment will follow immediate after service at Charles Memorial Garden.
