CARLOTTA A. PRICE On Sunday, February 12, 2017, CARLOTTA passed away surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother of Valerie D. Barnes and Travis J. (Sandy) Barnes; dear sister of Margaret Jordan, Kathy Price Marshall and the late Deborah Price, Barbara Price Spencer and Carolyn Price Jefferies. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Andrea and Tiya Barnes; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held for Carlotta and her sister Deborah Price who passed away on February 7 at Southern Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 4444 Old Branch Ave., Temple Hills, MD 20748 on Wednesday, February 15 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
