Family and friends will gather on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 10:00am, until hour of service, 11:00am, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD. Interment will be held at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
