On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, Brenda Faye Palmer departed this earthly life. 

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Saturday, April 29, at 9:30am, until time of service, 11:30am at Israel Total Life Ministries, 64 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

    Chief Palmer was the Senior Enlisted Advisor at Dover AirForce Base when I was stationed there..Brenda and Chief accomplished great things for the Enlisted Members…Brenda had a beautiful smile and a very positive attitude, the perfect first Lady. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers

    Chief Palmer was our Senior Enlisted Advisor at Dover AirForce Base and Brenda was our first lady…both accomplished great things for all enlisted personnel while they were stationed at Dover. Behind or Beside every blessed man or women is a significant other. Your love for each other is an example to follow…Brenda rest in peace until we meet again. Bro Rickard
