He is survived by his loving children, Sherwood Byers (Imogene), Cecile Gayle (Richard), Patrick Byers (Stephanie), Renee Clark, Billy Byers (Crystal), Phillip Byers (TeResa), Jeffrey Byers (Yolanda) and Michelle Byers; 25 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
