
Bernard William “Billy” Swann, Jr. was born on May 6, 1961 in Cheverly, Md and died on June 22, 2011 at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso, Texas.
Billy worked as a handyman in El Paso, Texas. He did all kinds of odd jobs. No job was too big or too small for him. Billy even thought he was a mechanic. He was very easy to get along with, was very outgoing, had a pleasant attitude and ALWAYS had a joke to tell.
Billy is survived by his mother Patricia A. Garrison; children Adam, Sydney and William; grandmother Lillie I. Proctor; a granddaughter Lily Rose; sisters Linda De La Garza, Charon Shifflette and Lako Holstein; brother Keith Swann; brothers in law LA De La Garza and Greg Holstein; sister in law Tammy Swann; five nephews, 1 niece, 6 great nephews, 1 great niece and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2011 @ 1pm at BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME 2294 Old Washington Road Waldorf, Md

Billy as I know you look down and think it’s gonna be ok, Im so glad you came home in Dec. but not once did we think that would be the last time we would be with you, but I must say it was a good happy visit, Mom misses you,I know she has her moments with you and wish you would of just came home, well now your with grandaddy and guess you can do things for him if ya can stop telln jokes, but one day I will see ya and I guess we can all tell jokes ‘Time I get there I should have good one’s” while Mom, Lako and Linda cleans hehehe Love you and thinking of you. xoxoxoxo
He gave me 2 beautiful children who have grown to be wonderful people and I have been blessed with the most amazing and beautiful grandaughter, Lilyrose Marie. Still will always love you. Theresa
