Beatriz Vargas, 90 years, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013. Family and friends will unite on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Chapel, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD 20601 and on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Washington Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, 12604 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904.
