ARTHUR W. TUCKER, SR. “Bill” (Age 59) Of Alexandria, VA passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012; loving father of Torrey, Arthur, Jr. and Adrienne; beloved brother of Samuel and Helen. He is also survived by six grandchildren; aunt Elizabeth and long time companion Sandra.
