Quietly and peacfully on Saturday, October 1, 2011 Ama Ahatsi departed this earthly life. Family will unite on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Garden Memorial Presbyterian Church 1720 Minnesota Ave. SE Washington, DC 20020 from 10:00 AM until time of service 11:00 AM. Interment will immediatly follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery Suitland, MD.
Sis Ama was truly a woman of God and a powerful prayer warrior. I will miss that infectious laugh and her way of sharing the Word of God. Rest in peace Sister Ama until we meet again.
