ALBERT HIGGINS, JR. Peacefully passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2010 of Fort Washington, MD. He is the beloved husband of Avis Higgins and devoted father of Reginald Bryant, Roshanda Sandy and Tracey Higgins. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Kira, Brandon, Jordan and Kyla; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Tuesday, December 28 from 10 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at Ebenezer AME Church, 7806 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD.
