Suddenly on Thursday, January 12, 2023, Gregory L. Crawford departed this earthly life. Family and friends will gather for visitation at 2:00pm, until time of service, 3:00pm, on Friday, January 27, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will be private.
Greggs smile, kindness and uplifting nature will be sorely missed. Wherever he was was a happy and serene environment. He was always will to go the extra mile for anyone.

Greg was truly a joy to work with! I served with him while a Greeter at Reid Temple AME as well as under the RTAMEC Adopt A Child for Christmas program. He will be missed! Sending prayers of strength and comfort to the family.

Greg…I remember when we met. I was greeting at the 6 pm service and you was a student at Morgan State. You came to Reid faithfully to get that word. I said Greg you need to a model and be in GQ. He laughed and that’s when the friendship begin. Then he finally became a greeter. He was just a wonderful man..beautiful inside and out. We would have the most interesting conversations about faith, love and life when we greeted! His smile and laugh was just extra ordinary! God only knows why he took you now. Watch over us down here. You will be greatly missed!!! Until we meet again!
