Effie Christine Barrett departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Family and friends will gather for visitation on Thursday, February 16 at 11:00am, until time of service, 12 noon, at City of David Ministries, 2900 Boones Lane, District Heights, MD 20747. Interment will be private.
Please cover my family in prayer as we gather to lay my grandmother to rest . She lived a phenomenal life and truly will be missed.
