Family and friends will unite on Monday, February 20, 2023 for visitation from 9:30 am – 11:00 am; service will begin at 11:00 am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment to follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Waldorf, MD 20602.
