On Thursday, January 26, 2023, Betty B. Ruthe departed this earthly life and entered eternal rest. Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Mrs.Ruthe on Monday, February 13, at Allen AME Church, 2498 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020. Interment will be held at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at 10:30am on February 28, 2023.
